1 Bottle of Light Beer: 100 Calories

1 12fl. Oz. (350 ml) bottle of beer will average 150 calories. Light beer is about a 100.

1 Margarita: 300 Calories
Each Martini will be about 200 calories, each margarita about 300.

Wine
Red or White: 100 Calories/Glass
Dry/Sweet Dessert Wine: 200 Calories/Glass
For red/white table wine, it’s 100 per glass (4 oz). Dry/Sweet Desserts wines are 200 per glass.

1 Milkshake (10 oz. - Vanilla/Chocolate/Strawberry etc.) will be about 350.

Drinking Chocolate: 200 Calories/Glass
Drink Chocolate with 1 Marshmallow: 225 Calories/Glass
Drinking chocolate prepared with milk will be 200/glass, add 25/marshmallow.

Coffee & Tea
