1 Tablespoon = 50 calories
1 Scoop = 100 Calories
Here’s the Zacking! ice cream rule: Every really-full, almost overflowing tablespoon is about 50 calories. This goes for any type of ice cream. 1 Scoop is a 100.

If it’s 2 inches length & width, it’s 125 calories.
Cake

Any average sized piece of cake (see picture) will be about 275 Calories.
Puddings (Custard, Jell-O etc.)

For puddings (including Jell-O, custards etc.) put down 50 calories for 1 tablespoon.
